My name is Ellen Heatwole and I have been a minister for over 20 years. I have made the Outer Banks my home and I am thrilled to live here on this beautiful living coast. Just like no two couples are alike no two wedding ceremonies are either. I work with you to design a ceremony that truly reflects the two of you.
